On the more scarce side, this Louisiana $100 displays a portrait of Governor Thomas O. Moore at left and the proposed state capital building (never erected). It features a terrific, ornate blue-green reverse with a maiden holding a 100 panel. There is a notable, but unobtrusive, fountain pen ink stain visible at the right margin.
